A 50% deposit (non-refundable) should be made for all booking upon confirmation (except for solemnisation ceremony).

There is no rental fee for solemnisation ceremony. Donation or infaq is strongly encouraged.

Full payment should be made at least 7 working days before the event date.

Fee waivers for events organised by Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) is subjected to approval by the Mosque Management.

Events hosted by international speakers is subjected to approval from MUIS, MOM and the mosque.

Cancellation of booking should be made at least 4 days before the event date.

50% of payment (excluding deposit) is refundable if cancellation is made 4 days before the event date. Payment will not be reimbursed for any cancellation later than that.

Additional AVA equipment, tables and chairs will be charged separately depending on availability.

Changes to event set-up should be made at least 2 days before the event date.
For Solemnisation Only

The location of the soleminisation (nikah) will be at the Main Prayer Hall, in front of the mimbar. The venue can contain around 50 to 80 people.

Choose between 2 timings: between 9 AM to 12 NN or between 2 PM to 3:30 PM (Every day, except Friday)

There will be no charges, however you can make a donation at the counter for us to issue a receipt. Kindly make the donation the event at the counter, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, as we closed on Saturday, Sunday & PH.

No other services will be provided except for the microphone.

Only take-away pack food is allowed to be distributed outside of the Main Prayer Hall after the event.

Kindly remind the guests to wear appropriately and in modest attire, so as to maintain the etiquettes within the prayer hall.
